The hotel had a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The rooms were clean and well tended to. The hotel offered a free shuttle bus service to and from the town center every two hours, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was very hilly and required walking up steep slopes to access. The hotel did not provide meals during the day, only breakfast was served.

That the hotel's pool bar was not operational, as there were not enough guests to justify its use.

So I spent my New Year at a hotel up the hill in Phuket and I must say it had its charms. the location was a bit far from the main city which made the place so quiet and peaceful. the staff was accommodating and friendly. They offered free Wi, Fi, which was a plus, and the rooms were cleaned daily. the small, sized pool had a superb view and it was always clean. the shuttle service to the nearby town was a great bonus; it ran every 2 hours, saving you money on taxi/tuk, tuk fares.

The rooms lacked basic amenities, and the breakfast was not enough for the price charged. There were no other places to eat nearby as it was up the hill, and the food served at the restaurant on, site was too expensive.
